Welfare ministry is composed of SDC (Strategic Development Committee) and the finance department.
The SDC is involved in the planning and implementation of church expansion that need financial support.
Finance department is concerned with the Union finances and it regulates how money is spent.

SDC committee members meet every sunday morning before service for short brief.
The SDC plan implementation is performed at the beiginning of the semester by allowing CU members contribute something for the growth and expansion of the church.
